We’re proud to announce a collaboration with Vectiopep
To advance precision mRNA delivery and stronger immune activation for colorectal cancer.
By combining our low-molecular-weight epitranscriptomic modulators with their targeted nanoparticle platform, we aim to unlock stronger immune activation and turn cold tumors hot.
Colorectal Cancer (CRC) remains a formidable challenge in oncology. By 2030, early-onset CRC is projected to become the leading cause of cancer death for young people. The primary hurdle? These are often cold tumors—invisible to the immune system and resistant to standard immunotherapy.
This collaboration focuses on a two-pronged attack to increase the potency of mRNA vaccines in solid tumors:
-
Precision Targeting: Vectiopep’s peptide-based nanoparticles deliver mRNA-encoded antigens directly to dendritic cells while avoiding the "liver sink."
-
Enhanced Activation: ChemEstMed’s low-molecular-weight epitranscriptomic modulators regulate the immune response within the cell.
-
The Goal: Enhanced cross-presentation of tumor antigens and robust T-cell activation, designed to break the immune-silence of solid tumors.
